Do I need the support spacer for this item?

The Passepartout Support Spacer is required for use in drawers. It is not needed if being used in an interior pull out. See the difference here.

How do I use this item?

Make sure the drawer or internal pullout is empty of any items before inserting the Passepartout Knife Block. If installing within a drawer, first set the Passepartout Support Spacer, then set the Passepartout Knife Block.
